1. What is your minimum order?

The minimum order is 1 complete case. For security reasons and to avoid cross contamination, we cannot open and sell by individual pieces.

2. What do I do if I want to order in bulk?

At Tricor Braun Canada buying in larger quantities is easy, as most of our products are offered in bulk quantities right on our website. If you are looking for volumes that exceed what we offer through the website, just contact our super-friendly packaging experts for assistance at info@tricorbraun.ca or 1-800-565-6786.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time we ONLY accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

4. When will my order ship?

We will do our best to ship all in-stock items by the next business day following the original date of purchase; however during peak seasons it can take us several days to process your order.

5. How will my order ship?

Standard parcel shipments will be shipped using the FedEx service. For large or heavy shipments, we offer Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping options right from our website. Please note that most carriers do not deliver on weekends or major holidays.

6. How can I check the status of my order?

The easiest way to check the status of your order is by logging in to your account and viewing your orders. You can also click on the "Order Status" link contained in the Order Receipt email we sent you after completing your order.

7. How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items you are ordering, and the destination. To get an estimate of your shipping costs, simply add the items you would like to your cart, then go to the shopping cart page and use the “shipping estimator” to see what the shipping costs will be.

8. How can I place an order?

Once you have selected your items, go to “Shopping Cart” and follow the “CHECKOUT” instructions. If you have any questions, or you want to order a quantity greater than that allowed on website, please contact us.

9. Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

We allow pickup orders; however we require 24 hour notice and will provide an appointment time when you can pick up your order. Simple Walk-ins without prior appointment would not be allowed by the warehouse staff. Pickup appointments are normally arranged for the next business morning Tuesday through Friday. We do not allow pickups on Mondays, unless previous arrangements have been made. Our warehouse cannot accept payment of orders, so all pick-up orders must be paid for in advance. Please note that items cannot be added to an order, nor can an order be changed, during pickup.

10. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email that will allow you to track your delivery.

11. Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, at Tricor Braun Canada we do provide volume discounts. You will find them on the product pages. If you are ordering very large quantities whose discounts are not available on the item page, please contact us.

12. How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please call our helpful packaging experts at 1-800-565-6786 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

13. How can I return my order?

You can also send an email to info@tricorbraun.ca with your order details or call 1-800-565-6786 to speak with one of our friendly packaging experts. Remember to submit your return request within 7 days of purchase. Tricor Braun Canada reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 30% of the total product price. 14. How do I know if my product is compatible with a container?

Each product on our website has a page showing product details, a description that explains common uses, as well as "Related Products" so you can find the exact packaging solution you need for your project. Tricor Braun Canada does not guarantee any product to work with items not purchased from us as “Related Products”.

15. Can I order if I live outside the Canada?

We accept orders from almost all countries outside Canada. However before placing an order if you wish to get the shipping estimate, we suggest you to please contact us. Please be sure to provide the item numbers of the items you are interested in, the quantity of each item you would like to purchase, and the complete delivery address for the order. It is important to keep in mind that international shipping costs can be quite high. It can take us 24-48 hours to get a shipping cost on international orders. NOTE: You do have the option of using a Canadian based freight forwarding company if you have one; and shipment can be arranged to them via LTL shipment, FedEx Ground, or they can pick up your order from our warehouse. Please note that all arrangements with any freight forwarding company would be your responsibility, and we will not provide payment on your behalf to any freight company. For more information on shipping internationally via a freight forwarding company, please contact us.

16. Do you offer discount codes?

Yes, we offer discount codes and have promotions. For more information on these, check out our “Promotions” section. If you have a discount code, you will be able to use it on the “CHECKOUT” page.

17. Do your prices include taxes?

Website pricing does not include applicable taxes. All taxes will be applied on “CHECKOUT”.

18. How do I change my shipping address?

You can change or add your address by logging in to your account. You would not be able to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed.
